My sister would make fun of me...my daughter would hardly ever be seen outside of the house without a cute hairbow:)
What can I say? I love it when she has a cute bow in her hair!!
She just turned two (we celebrated with an Elmo party), so she has acquired a little collection of hair bows. I love to either make them or buy them. Plus everyone that really knows me, usually gives her something cute for her birthday or a holiday. Needless to say, they were in a few bags and just not organized!
This weekend I was at Joanne's and found a cute wood "S" (her first initial) that was only $2.99. I bought some pink sparkly paint and of course I have ribbon at home.
I painted the S, hot glued the ribbon to the bottom and hung up with a 3M hook in her room.
This is how it came out. Perfect! Now I feel organized!
I love that - love it!! It is incredibly cute and perfect for the bows!!

ReplyDeleteI'm wanted to make a holder for a friend but was trying to figure out how to make a relatively small one since it will go in a gift basket. Thanks for the idea!
ReplyDeleteHey! I found you through "Made in a Day" Blog Hop!
ReplyDeleteMy daughter would NEVER wear a bow in her hair! And, now that she is 16, you won't wear what I want her too, either!!
Followed you! Come and visit me anytime!
